I have been crucial in advancing corporate success for numerous firms during my career. I have a solid grasp of market dynamics, new trends, and client insights as a seasoned organizational development consultant. I constantly create creative solutions and drive revenue growth for my clients by utilizing my strategic expertise and acute business instincts.

 

My interest is in enabling people and groups to realize their highest potential. I construct comprehensive training programs that advance professional talents, foster leadership potential, and promote organizational excellence as a training development manager and facilitator.

I inspire teams to embrace life-long learning and improve their performance through engaging sessions and interactive workshops.

 

With over 17 years of experience working with organizations and over 8,000 entrepreneurs, and professionals across Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Malawi, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, Liberia, the United States, and the United Kingdom in industries such as construction, finance, oil and gas, healthcare, startups, ICT, and real estate.

Wilson is an alumnus of Daystar Leadership Academy, a Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) by the Institute for Enterprise Management and Analytics, and a recipient of the HABC UK’s International Award in Delivering Training (IADT). A bachelor of science degree in Psychology from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State.

His specialty is in revealing hidden opportunities, identifying overlooked opportunities, and developing stakeholder relationships, business systems, and strategies. He facilitates sessions on communication, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, leadership, cultural transformation, conflict resolution and relationship management, talent discovery, and management.

He is the Lead Strategist at Lystrab Ltd, a strategy consulting firm that helps growth-oriented organizations to achieve productivity and profitability through leadership and collaboration.

He has authored 5 books to date, and has featured as guest on The Big Resolution Show on Jordan 105.5 FM, Nigeria’s leading entrepreneurship radio station, and Market Plus Xtra on Kaftan TV.

Wilson is the Lead Strategist of Lystrab Ltd, a strategy consulting firm that helps growth-driven organizations attract and retain sustainable clients, achieve productivity, and profitability, along with his wife Abimbola.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Participated in the training of over 5000 graduates on how to position themselves for the best of opportunities in their career development powered by Youth Employment Agency Accra, Ghana 2021.

  • Participated in the training of 100 resource persons currently delivering various modules of the Nursing and Midwifery Career Support Programme approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria in the southwest, south east and south-south geopolitical zones in Nigeria 2017/2018.
  • Successfully organized a leadership workshop for Directors of Nursing from different states in Nigeria including notable private hospitals in 2017.

  • Secured a 3-year contract with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria in May 2017 in partnership with the London Professional Training Centre and has since trained over 10,000 nurses and equally generated multiple streams of income for them.
