In addition, over the past ten years, I have trained over 8,000 people physically and virtually. From experience poor people management, ineffective strategies, ineffective systems, or a mix of the three, are all major causes of problems for organizations. They negatively impact customer acquisition, experience, costs, procedures, and sales.
The only approach to effect changes in this situation is to support treatments founded in social and behavioral sciences that streamline organizational change. By bridging the gap between employees, strategies, and systems at work, I help growth-oriented organizations increase productivity and profitability.
